Cookies and local storage
This website does not use cookies. The only information we store on your device is a single browser localStorage entry that remembers whether you last viewed the site in English or Bulgarian, so the language switch doesn't reset every time you visit. This preference never leaves your device, is not linked to your identity, and is not used for tracking or analytics. You can clear it at any time through your browser's site settings.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts of any kind.
Data you send us directly
This site has no contact forms. When you click a phone number, it opens your own device's dialer; when you click an email address, it opens your own email client addressed to info@epicon.tech. In both cases, any information you choose to share — your name, contact details, and the content of your message — is sent directly by you, through your own phone or email provider, not collected or processed by this website.
If you submit a support ticket through our service desk, that request is handled by Atlassian's Jira Service Management, a separate platform governed by Atlassian's own privacy policy. We only see the information you choose to submit there, in order to respond to your request.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party websites we don't control, including our technology partners (Cisco, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Atlassian, KnowBe4, Rapid7, Delinea, Unify) and our LinkedIn page. Once you follow one of these links, that site's own privacy policy applies, not ours.
Data retention
Since we don't collect data through this website itself, there is nothing stored here to retain. Messages you send us directly by email or phone are kept only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for ordinary business record-keeping.
Your rights
If you're in the EU/EEA, you have the right under the GDPR to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal data EPICON holds about you (for example, in email correspondence), to object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority — in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
